moo market is a seat exchange for tokenized stocks. 1,000 seats on the first onchain market around COIN. every seat is priced in COIN, milked every epoch, and carries a name that sticks. built on base, for the herd.

a seat earns from every name on the board. one seat, the whole shelf.
a seat is a productive membership, not a picture. four things it does.
priced in COIN
every seat carries a self-set price in COIN. the market always knows what a seat costs.
milked every epoch
the pot writes covered calls on COIN. premium flows to every seat, every epoch.
b20 identity
every seat is a ring member. reputation sticks to the seat and travels when it sells.
leasable
lease your seat to an operator or an agent. rent upfront in COIN, the seat never leaves your wallet.
hold $MOO, plant a seed in your own seat. two per wallet. the herd caps at 1,000 and never grows.
soon
the pot holds wCOIN and pays every seat, every epoch. pull up a stool.

seats trade here, in wCOIN. the bag rides along with the seat, and 2.5% of every sale feeds the pot.
the barn opens with the contracts. nothing trades yet.
the questions the herd keeps asking.
what is a seat
a membership on moo market. there are exactly 1,000, each one a cow. a seat carries its own wCOIN bag (milk lands in it), a self-set price, a b20 identity, gets milked every epoch, trades on the herd’s own barn, and will be leasable. it is not equity and not a promise of profit.
what do i need to mint
two things. hold $MOO in your wallet at mint time (the default gate is 1,000,000 $MOO, the final number is published before mint opens), and bring the seed: wCOIN that goes straight into your own seat’s bag, not to us. there is no mint fee and no treasury cut. $MOO is only checked, never spent.
when does mint open
after the $MOO token launches. the launch date is not announced yet. the call goes out on x first.
is $MOO used for anything after mint
yes, and always in the same shape: $MOO is the membership card checked at every door. operating a leased seat needs an operator pass, and every new stock pot (stall) re-checks your average balance before your seat can join. it is checked, never spent, and it is never the reward: milk stays wCOIN, prices stay wCOIN, governance stays with seats.
where does my milk actually go
into your seat’s own bag, not your wallet. an unattended seat compounds itself. taking free milk out takes 24 hours, and selling the seat cancels a withdrawal in flight, so a buyer always gets the bag they were shown.
can i take the seed back out
no, and that is the point. the seed is permanent seat capital: it lives in your seat’s bag forever and you realize it by selling the seat, because a buyer pays for the seat including its bag. if it were refundable, minting would be free in every real sense and every bag would be empty within a day.
what is the milk
each epoch the milkhouse writes covered calls on the pooled wCOIN and splits the premium across all 1,000 seats. some epochs pay more, some pay less, some can pay zero. no APY promises. the milk is what the milk is.
can i lose money
yes. seat prices can fall, milk can be small or zero, contracts can fail, and wCOIN carries wrapper risk. read the risk section in the docs before you mint.
where do i learn more
the docs page walks the whole whitepaper section by section with diagrams and plain-language summaries, and the paper itself opens as its own reading page. read the docs
